  • It is your choice and really depends on the level of transformation you are looking for. I recommend booking in for an initial, no obligation clarity call so we can work out exactly what is best for you.

  • No, it is completely free – and no obligation at all. There will be no heavy sales tactics or tacky incentives to book on the spot – it has to be right for us both.

  • You will be directed to a completely secure payment link via Stripe. Payment is required in advance of the container – either in full or by instalments. If you are paying by instalments an automatic payment schedule will be set up and you will know exactly when each payment is due.

  • Yes, a coaching contract will be sent before we start working together which should cover everything you need to know including confidentiality, Privacy, booking or rescheduling of sessions and so forth.

  • Not at all! We will start where you are at and work at a pace that is best for you.

  • In my experience - while a plan is great it inevitably gets thrown off course due to life getting in the way; also, all of my clients are different, so I put together whatever is right for you. But trust me when I say that you will get exactly what you need.

  • Yes, absolutely. I understand that many of you will have full time work and other responsibilities, so I offer “out of hours” sessions too .
