I work exclusively with females in the work and wellbeing space who are surviving rather than thriving. I am here to serve the growing number of outwardly confident, successful females who are secretly questioning if they are good enough or battling with confidence issues, overwhelm and anxiety.

I am a professionally trained Image, Style & Confidence Coach, innately intuitive and trained in a rainbow of methodologies from the logical and analytical to the intuitive - e.g Astrology, Tarot and NLP
